Hi, I am Stella Zhu, a 23-year-old girl originally from China. I was born in a small town in Zhejiang Province, which lies on the east coast of China. It has a long history and a splendid civilization. I came to the US two years ago to pursue my master’s degree in Monterey, California, a quiet and peaceful town that has the most gorgeous ocean view. I dedicated myself to the environmental policy world and thought about someday that I can contribute my efforts to make the world greener.
After completing my graduate study, I moved to San Francisco, which I think is one of the most livable and lovely cities. I will be interning at the Asia Society, one of leading non-profit organizations that focuses on educating the world about Asia. I am so excited about the internship. This blog will record my work at the Asia Society. In addition, as a food and photography lover, I will also use the blog to record the Chinese food I make and photos I take. 🙂
